Back in your Body

Inspired by Qi Gong and expressive arts, fueled by an exploration of our senses and sounds of nature, we move from self-awareness to self-awakening. We discover new ways of moving our bodies from the subtle to the grand. A 2 hour physical & emotional journey into the body, with a series of sensual embodiments, as a form of movement meditation guided by ethnic music and shamanic drums.
