1:1 Journeys
These private classes are embodiment journeys that will help you release overwhelming thoughts or stuck emotions, especially when you are going through a difficult time. They can be organized in person or online, or even at your home. You can pay on a sliding scale basis (1100 - 2200 EGP).
Back in your Body
A 2-hour physical & emotional journey into the body, with a series of sensual embodiments, as a form of movement meditation guided by ethnic music, forest sounds and drums. You are invited to awaken your senses (touch, smell, hearing and taste) using the elements of nature & props that I provide, to discover new ways of moving your body.
The Art of Self Love
A somatic exploration of what it means to be authentic, raw, vulnerable and courageous. We explore the expression of desires, boundaries and self acceptance. This 90-min journey is a mixture of still and movement meditation, guided by myself, as well as somatic release and vocal exercises.
