A balanced diet means something completely different for every person.
In Chinese Medicine, we have 9 different "body constitutions" which means a holistic state, and those can be assessed in many traditional ways. Once I've deciphered your constitution, I can help you find the right foods for you. I believe in bio-individuality and love tailoring programs to people's unique needs.
I want you to feel confident, comfortable, and in control of your health.
And it doesn't just stop at physical health. I also care about your emotional health and spiritual well-being. This is why I've embarked on a journey of healing through movement, breath & touch, becoming a Qi Gong and Chi Nei Tsang practitioner to help others with love.
What I offer
First, I identify your body's constitution, based on Chinese Medicine, then I will provide you with a list of foods that are specifically beneficial to you, as well as those that may harm you. We do this in one session.
Afterwards, we have a follow-up call, and I fine-tune your tailored food program.
I also offer an add-on somatic sessions, where we work on improving your health by removing energetic blockages with somatic therapy. This includes Qi Gong, Chi Nei Tsang, Yin Yoga, Reiki, & embodiments.
And just so know, I've been there, too.
I've gone through so many health challenges, tried every diet out there, did all the research, but in the end... it was Chinese Medicine and somatic practices that truly saved me.

A little about me...
I'm certified as a Chinese dietary therapist (for both kids and adults) as well as a Yin Yoga, Reiki, Chi Nei Tsang and Qi Gong practitioner. I offer classes as journeys. I'm also a recipe creator, the author of Happy Belly - and you can find the e-book on this website.
